Entrevista
Was asked by Mintel recruiter for time to devote to a phone interview with the director of acquisition. Recruiter, fully employed by and working for Mintel, set up time and day, and had me block off my time on my work calendar. The recruiter then asked I fill out application, submit resume, and talk about my sales experiences, listed out in a portal on Mintel's website. 30 minutes after this process was completed, I received an email from the Mintel recruiter telling their priorities had changed, and we're looking for different candidates, and the interview was cancelled.

Entrevista
There were two phone interviews, one with the recruiter then one with the manager of the team you'd be on. After those two, you go into the office and interview with who would be your direct supervisor and the their boss, the VP. You'd get information on a scenario that you'd use for a mock discovery call which takes some research to understand their solutions.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly standard - phone screen, phone interview, in person role play. The role play part was in person with 1 person being remote and it was fairly challenging. There was a lot of focus on the small details and data points of the pitch.
