I first applied to the job through a friend who knew a contact in the company- I sent my resume and cover letter along with college transcript. I had a phone interview- they asked me questions like where do you find yourself in 5 years, describe a situation where you worked with difficult people, typical and standard interview questions I think. No surprises with that. About a week later and got an email about 2 weeks later saying that they were unable to offer me a position at that time

Describe a situation where you had to work with difficult people
Great interview experience, interviewers were respectful and jumped in to ease the tension when I froze up. Questions were pretty standard, but they included a more creative curveball question at the end.

first round phone interview that was conducted by other PAs. super informal, very kind and expedient process. They got back to me super quick both times. Did not receive offer

Entrevista
Standard, two-stage interview. One with the recruitment manager and one with two project analysts from the New York and Boston offices. Entire interview lasted around 45 minutes. Two different rounds of interviews.
