The first round was a 30-minute phone call with two current Project Analyst (one first-year analyst and one second-year analyst), but I did not advance to the second round. It was generally very low-stress, and they were cordial.

Great interview experience, interviewers were respectful and jumped in to ease the tension when I froze up. Questions were pretty standard, but they included a more creative curveball question at the end.
