Entrevista
The interview process was standard; a recruiting call, hiring manager call, personality assessment, and an in-person panel interview. After three rounds of interviews that spanned several weeks, I would have expected to hear back from the HR recruiter about that status of my application. However, I did not hear back for over two weeks after my final-round interview until I took the initiative to email the recruiter directly. It was obvious that I did not get the job by that point, but I was extremely disappointed in Minuteman's lack of communication and transparency. Between preparing for interviews, driving to the job site, submitting questionnaires and preparing for the interviews themselves, I spent well over seven hours on this process - not to mention the time off from work and rearranging my schedule. It's not the hiring decision that frustrates me; it's how Minuteman did not respect my time or give me the courtesy to let me know my standing as an applicant until I sought it out. A simple rejection email would be sufficient. I truly hope Minuteman uses my review as an opportunity to better evaluate their communications process with their applicants.
