We had a first video call. In my opinion, it went well. She told me she will send me a C++ test right after the call. Until today, I have not heard from her. That is really unprofessional and disrespectful. I am glad to see this before I got hired. I would never work for such a company.

I was first approach by a recruiter. After an initial call with the recruiter, I had a phone meeting with a few managers and a team member. I believe they were 3 on their side; it was really hard to follow who was speaking over the phone. But the interview went well and they were really courteous. I was then invited for an on-site interview. They made me feel comfortable before asking me 3 coding questions on a white board. It followed by specific questions on technical problems they are facing. I then had a brief interview with a manager. To complete the interview, I had to complete 2 more coding questions from home, using the codility website.
