I was contacted for an interview by someone in the administration office, who set up my interview with the General Manager and Manager of Food & Beverage. We informally sat in Mirbeau's living room, and I was offered some flavored water. They asked me some simple questions about my experience in F&B, and asked about my schedule. It was low-stress.
