This interview process was really great compared to a lot of other experiences I've had. I received an initial reachout email 1 week after I submitted my application online, and once I connected with the recruiter, things moved very quickly. After each step, she followed up with me to check in on how things went and see where I was at with other interview process timelines. My Miro interviews consisted of a phone screen, several video 1:1 calls with the team, and a final video 1:1 with an executive. The phone screen and team interviews were on par with other interviews I've had in terms of difficulty, and the final executive interview was definitely challenging.

The interview process took about 3 weeks, starting with the initial phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then a Panel with the team. Overall it was a great experience and the team was very attentive and responsive throughout the entire process.
