The hiring process is done via their website or easier through an employee referral. Afterwards an hr call takes place in english to set an interview. The interview is mainly about presenting a topic related to CS. The presentation is attended by a senior TA, a phd holder, department head and an english instructor.

Three interviews first one was short introduction about me in phone second was teachincal presentation about topic in Computer Science third and last one is English test it was online one and process was good and not difficult
