The interview process was very long and pointless. I had three interviews in total, and the questions were fairly repetitive and never drew anything you from the conversation. It almost seem like they were forgetting who they interviewed and would have to re-interview again. Not a very pleasant process. Also, Peter, the hiring manager was very unorganized to say the least, and seemed like he was having a very difficult time keeping up with the interviewing process and looked overwhelmed when I met him. This was the main reason I declined the offer as the job itself seemed stressful before I even started the job. The hiring manager can barely keep it together, so I could only imagine what life was like for the employees working under him. 1 word I’d imagine… Hell
