After about 2 weeks, I received an invitation to an initial interview. It was a pleasant and informative conversation which I really enjoyed. They wanted to get back to me within the next few days, but since then (over 4 weeks!) I have never heard from them again - even after a follow-up email. Not very respectful towards the applicants!
