I am a freshly registered Nurse. I wanted to enter into Mission Health's New Nurse Graduate program. Before anything I was instructed to take about 4 hours worth of testing which covered everything from personality and cognitive testing to comprehension of Med/Surg and Pharmacology as well as having 5 references fill out a reference form. That's where my process ended, they didn't even want my resume.
The process was quick and simple. Although I was asked to complete some task days after my portal said not selected. I felt as if this was not ok and didn’t feel as if my time was valued.

Usual interview questions about strengths and weaknesses. Not a hard interview by any means. All interviews are virtual right now, which is a plus. Know one thing they can remember you by. that was a question.

Straight forward interview like any other job. They ask you to tell them about yourself and your interest in their company. They also ask your goals for your career and where you see yourself.
