Submitting a resume and cover letter, two rounds of interviews, and then confirmation. The recruiter was really kind, and willing to talk about their experience with MM. The process really helped me gain a better understanding of MM and the social impact sector

Initial phone interview with 2 people followed by case interview with 3 different rounds. I sent them a follow-up email and never heard back. Turns out they never hired anyone at all. Complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. Got feedback from two former employees and they said that this is not a place to build a career and to use it as a stepping stone since attrition is really high. A current employee told me that leadership needs to get it's act together and that they need more resources but are not able to communicate that to management. Their work seemed cool but wasting potential candidate's time and not following up is not helping their already questionable reputation in the market.
