A recruiter set up the interview. He was very professional.. This is a very low base but I liked the products and the territory. 1st interview was with my would be DM and the VP of Sales. Both were professional. Basic Starr, role-play questions. I felt these two men really wanted me to know everything about the company and about me.. The 2nd interview was face to face with my would be DM and then a higher up DM who has been with the company for years.. She asked un-professional questions and set a very negative tone. She ran the interview completely and barely let my would be DM talk. She was domineering, peering and condescending. It made me feel if I work for this company, I would not be trusted and I would always be accused of something.. Not a good start.. I pulled back and put myself in neutral as soon as I started to feel this woman's nastiness.. As a woman, I don't appreciate being treated like that from a fellow woman.. I do appreciate the male DM, Miguel who interviewed me and he was a consummate professional.. However, the Philly DM needs to learn some manners, soften up and not be so mistrusting.. It's no way to start a business relationship.. I made it out of the lion's den..
