I thought it went well. I had way more experience than needed and even a higher degree than the owner of the organization. I later learned that they decided to go with the other interviewee and I believe wholeheartedly that they chose that person based on race. A few months later they called me and asked me if I would still be interested in the position because that other person did not work out. WTH...
