When I went in for my interview, the reception area was empty but I could hear someone screaming/yelling in one of the rooms. Turns out it was the owner yelling at all his employees. They all walked out of the room and then I was let in. The owner didn't even know which position I was interviewing for. He spent most of the interview ranting about how the company is losing money, how it might shut down and how everyone he hires leaves after a few days. The whole experience was unreal.
