Painstaking and bureaucratic. The online application is redundant and requires way too much personal information up front. If you upload your resume, why do you need to retype all of the info again into their system? Why do they need name and contact info for your spouse in order to apply? Why do they require name, e-mail and phone number of your contacts and permission to call them before contacting you? The application was a HUGE red flag and indication of what it would be like to work there.
