I had 3 rounds of interview, 2 technical and 1 managerial. Technical questions were usual C++ and data structures. After third round, HR discussion was scheduled but did not happen. Then one fine day HR calls and tells me to send the documents for further processing. It has been 2 weeks since I shared the documents but no reply from HR. I have sent emails to HR asking for the current status. This is really unprofessional, at least HR should inform the candidate about the status of application.
