My interview was arranged by a consultant. Interview was very simple 4 rounds 2 technical 1 with manager and 1 with Director. My advice for company is that if the candidate expectation does not match your budget you should not call them for interview and please be clear before/during/after the interview do not keep the candidate in dark as our time is precious.
