Son tres llamadas. La primera con HR y dos con hiring managers, se discuten experiencias y pruebas de tus resultados. La duracion de las entrevistas son de aproximadamente 20 minutos.

I had three interviews, they were casual yet professional. They focused on my experience and skills. Everyone was friendly and the environment felt overall comfortable. The questions that I asked were answered very clearly and in a nice manner.

All I can say I that they seem to have a very Biased and Rigid Recruitment Process. I was to undertake an assessment, I cleared that. I was then informed that there would be a proctored assessment. The HR then attempted to contact me over the phone, and I was unable to attend the same as I was in a meeting. I tried Calling the HR a few minutes later, but received no response. I sent 2 emails apologizing and requesting to be contacted again but received no response. 12 days later I get an email from the HR stating that the position is closed. So basically, just because I was not able to attend 1 call, I was eliminated from the Process. Their recruitment process is that biased and rigid? I am not saying I deserved the position, but I would have appreciated due consideration afforded to me. All I can say is, based on my experience, their recruitment process is really flawed.
