Simple phone interview with basic questions about myself, followed by an in person interview. In-person interview was basic, talked about resume and my skills. Everything went well, never heard back from them. I assumed they went with someone else, a month later they posted the exact same job. Maybe they were unsure about what they wanted, didn't bother reapplying.
