Pretty long and drawn out. Communication from M+M was minimal at best. After multiple phone and zoom calls, I was asked to do a lengthy project and present it to 4-5 associates. After the project - I was asked to come in and meet with people who would report to me and other cross-functional partners (who all seemed excited to have me onboard). After that - I never heard anything from them. Months later it looked like they downgraded the position to manager level. Very frustrating and time consuming process. In hindsight, it was probably for the best - most upper management I met with used the interview time to tell me how great they were or how they would never stoop so low to work in a corporate environment. It was an overall weird experience and felt like they were stringing me along to play some sort of game or get joy out of wasting my time. Was also told one of the perks of working there is that they give you a key to lock up at night when you have to stay so late - no thanks.
