I initially applied for the title role at the beginning of March after seeing the position advertised on Reed. A few days later I received an email thanking me for applying for this role and then informing me of the next stage which would require undertaking two short assessments. One would look at my personality and how I work and the other was a sequence test which measured my logic.
Upon completing both tests I then sent them back as requested and a few days later I received another email asking me to answer the following four questions so I then could be considered for a video interview.
The video interview took place on 11th March and the internal recruiter went through the role in more detail as well as asked me what I knew about the company. She also explained the dynamics of the company and then I answered a series of questions with regards to my experience.
After the interview ended I was told that there would be another two stages of the interview process before a decision would be made. following on from interview I sent an email to the recruiter asking for an update on my application to which I received a courtesy email informing me that I should receive a response within 7-10 days. The following week I received another email thanking me for my participation but informing me that I had not made it to the next stage and made no mention of the results from the two assessments I had undertaken.
I felt the whole process was quite intense and had a disappointing outcome
