It was a four-step interview, a long process, and the system design interview was difficult. The human resources interview was a mockery, unprofessional. Despite the positive outcome, there was no response afterward. They keep the postings open for a long time to create a pool.

The interview process consisted of three stages. The first round focused on my resume, experience, and how my skills aligned with the role. It was more of a behavioral and background discussion, and I found it to be a positive and engaging conversation. Both the interviewer and I seemed aligned by the end of that round. The second stage was a system design interview. The initial prompt appeared to be a straightforward design problem; however, the requirements were somewhat ambiguous. I asked a few clarifying questions to better understand the expectations, but it seemed that this may have influenced the tone of the conversation. From my perspective, the round felt less structured and more subjective after that point. The third and final stage was a live coding session. I was presented with a DSA problem, and the interaction went smoothly. I first walked through my approach and then implemented the solution. Overall, this round was well-conducted and collaborative.
