extremely confusing and time consuming interview process. they make you write an essay-like case study where you answer 10 questions (it took 6 pages)- questions are not that hard but bouncing from person to person-hr to team lead to hr? which was where i was declined at last after three weeks of interview process. i am more than qualified for the role btw but they wanted more "niche" in their words.

if your life was a short movie and you were the lead what would your show be about?
It was rather straight forward. HR interview followed by a meeting with hiring manager. Case study on how to approach the market. Then leadership interview. Everyone was friendly and helped with the process. It all took 3-4 weeks.
