First step was an onsite interview with Director of Engineering and Director of Product Management (who was on video conference). Second step was interview including CEO, but I didn't make it that far. Interview was fairly informal. They asked me to describe what I knew about the company. Asked me to go into detail about how I was able to keep employees engaged. They asked my opinion on cross platform mobile development. They use Xamarin in particular.
