The initial interview with the manager in the office was fine. But when I was sent to be trained by a very young girl- she was often rude, scatterbrained, complained of being hung over from drinking too much the previous evening. She spent much of her time on her cell phone- not being very attentive to the dogs. On one walk a dog was even able to get a chicken bone off the ground because she wasn't paying attention. On a different walk the dog had urinated and dedicated in the apartment. She explained why mobile mutts doesn't clean up accidents in people's homes.

Applied online, they got back to me within a couple of days and called me in for an interview. The manager was very professional. Then they had me do a training/shadow day (which you get paid for). I was hired practically on the spot. Interview questions were easy.
