The recruitement process is slow and take months almost 3 months from the first contact with HR team (tinext group) because Mobility use tinext as HR for recruitement. the first interview was on phone with HR talking about the position. the second interview after 1 month was with a manager and the boss talking about the company product experience background. after 1 month i got an invitation for an onsite interview with manager and the boss asking question technologies. after 2 weeks i have asked for a feedback. nothing. after 4 weeks I have asked again for a feedback nothing. And i saw that they have opened again the position. so from what i get from the HR during the first interview that mobility just keep doing interview people all the time. the question is are they have intention to hire people : no idea because even tinext group they dont know. Conclusion they just did and interviewing people and they keep me in hold for 3 months.
