Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Mobiquity em jul. de 2019
Entrevista
The interview process involved a HackerRank quiz, multiple video phone screens, and an in-person interview. After about a month of scheduling and accommodating this at the expense of other efforts, the process was terminated suddenly with no feedback. Things had been going well, but further attempts to reach out for feedback were ghosted.

HR call and then take home assignment. I got everything right but got rejected. That is fine. But after asking for more details on the take home assignment assessment, I never got any replies.
Mobiquity should respect interviewees, who spent a few hours on the assignment but didn’t even deserve a short explanation
Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Mobiquity.
Entrevista
1. Phone background check
2. code assignment
3. on site interviews over a day
I've done the interview to gain some interview experience. The Interview process was long stretched.
First up was a background phone check with a recruiter.
Afterwards I had to complete some code assignment. The assignment was not difficult but cumbersome and one can find solutions to it all over GitHub, didn't used them though since I wanted some real feedback.
After completing the assignment they downgraded my entry level with out justification. Later in the on site interview I've caught them lying about it. The assignment is the same regardless of experience or position: senior, junior, trainee. They obviously are trying to downgrade one to drop the salary. Unfortunately they didn't give feedback or justification there either, due to running out of time...
The on site consisted of showing the site, group activity, free lunch and open speaking. The main focus were about social skills and social fit. The technical part was just 30 minutes and placed at the end of day. They mainly asked about past projects, there weren't really any pure technical questions at all. Due to the time constraint there wasn't any chance to ask questions either.
Response was a short rejection email over a week later, with once again no real feedback. They claim to have tried to reach out earlier, but I didn't get any missed call or whatsoever.
No refunds of travel cost and offered salary was on the low side. Over all a horrible experience, waste of time, energy and money.
