Got in contact with Mobiquity through a recruiter. I first had an informal chat with a Talent Acquisition Specialist who shared some details about the position and Mobiquity as a company, and what the next steps in the recruitment process were. I quickly received a technical assessment which took about 9 hours to complete, but your mileage may vary. Once I handed that back in, I waited for them to review it and schedule a technical interview, which took a bit over 2 weeks. I was a bit disappointed to eventually find out that my interviewers hadn't actually reviewed the assessment at all; rather, they focused solely on asking technical questions about Swift. I only found out at the end of the hour-long interview, when I directly asked them what feedback they had for my work, to which they replied "Ah well, we were not the ones reviewing that, so cannot really comment"... The next day I received a call from their Talent Acquisition Specialist to inform me that unfortunately they wouldn't go further with the recruitment process.

There were three rounds technical, coding test and then HR round. The team was very friendly and kind. I was so in love with the way they described their culture. I was very excited to join the team.
