Applied online, got a phone call and they sent me questions to answer about testing, a general aptitude test, and then I did a phone interview. After the interview I was offered 11 an hour and they said it was non negotiable. I failed to ask about culture or anything else. It was pretty straight forward and they were just looking to fill seats.
