In person interview with HR then Management. They had a typing test which was not difficult. HR started contacting my references the next day and they made an offered the following day.

Interview questions were simple and straightforward. What have you learned form a previous bad experience at work? Do you have experience preparing training material? Give us an example of how you keep your team up to date with procedure changes?
