The beginning steps weren't anything out of the ordinary, but the final interview was absurd. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had in an interview. I arrived early, waited a half an hour past the time the interview was scheduled, only to be met by an HR rep that said one of the managers had a different meeting and couldn't make the interview. Asked if I could make another interview next week even though it had been clearly communicated that I had an offer on the table. Then they had the audacity to email me and say they weren't going to reschedule the interview. I had no interest at this point, were I to show up half an hour late to the interview only to ask to reschedule they wouldn't have even considered it and I wouldn't have either even if they offered me a higher salary. Can't trust a company that doesn't know how to keep an interview for a 6 figure salaried position.
