4 potential steps. Initial phone interview with HR.this took 1 hour. Once you pass that, they call back to schedule a face to face interview. The 2nd interview took 1.5 hours. My First interview was with HR and then I met with Customer service manager. Once / If you pass that stage, then it was waiting on a call back to set up another face to face interview with VP of sales. For me that interview lasted 1hour. I was told there was a Possible online personality quiz. I wasn't asked to complete. I Was told they liked my personality and that I was given green light by CSR mgr. If pass you pass with the VP of sales there was supposed to be CEO interview. My process stopped at VP of sales. With no explanation. And no follow up by the company. I contacted them via 2 emails follow up and phone call. After 2nd email I was responded to with " we decided to go with someone else". No further explanation and not reached out to by HR to tell me the process was over.
