It was a quick one. The interviewer asked about my education background, current availability and work experience in customer service. A very straightforward interview. I never heard back from them, probably because my hours weren't so flexible back then.

When I applied as a retail sales associate for Modell’s Sporting Goods, I applied through a temp agency so I did not have to do an interview. I cannot describe the process
