The interview was nice and fairly easy. I was asked three simple questions; what are your strengths? your weaknesses? where do you see yourself in five years? The woman who interviewed me was very friendly and it was a conversational and relaxed, but professional feel. When I checked out their website I saw that everyone must start at entry level management training program which excited me because I just graduated from college and felt great knowing I would be trained so I could really be the best I can be when I become a manager. I just didn't realize that the management training program is actually and entry level sales position. I got asked to advance and participated in a job observation. The girls I worked with were really nice. The entire staff seems like a family and they seemed to be having a great time in and out of the office. That, I appreciated. I was really excited about their involvement with the professional sports teams because I am looking to break into the entertainment industry. Soon after the day started, I realized it was not an entertainment industry job at all. Perhaps it was a bit naive of me to think so.. I ended up getting the job but respectfully declined. I think its a great place to work with great people. It opens up a lot of opportunity for people. It just wasn't for me. no base pay, 100% commission.
