This group, with a frat boy mentality, knows nothing of employment law and questions they are allowed or not allowed to ask in an interview. I waited 10 minutes in the lobby because the music was blaring so loud that no one could hear the entrance bell ring. Comments were made about my age, probing questions to find out about my personal life, questions about how I stay in shape. You take a ridiculous IQ test (mathematically based)..20 questions and told it should take 20 minutes. It takes at least a few minites to read each essay style question to understand what it is asking. After completing the test, the CPA of the company commented that he has never even taken it and has heard it was extremely difficult. Not a professional environment at all. They present themselves as being a part of a much larger better known solar company, when in fact they only came into solar a few years ago. They were a home security system installer that could not compete with the big boys like ADP. I have never been more offended and uncomfortable in an interview before as I was in this one. Interviewer won't let you finish any answer to his question. Will interrupt by saying, I hear what you are saying but can you just get to the point and simplify it. And this after maybe 4 or 5 words have come out of your mouth.

2 different interviews with 2 different persons. They go over on what the job is and what you would be doing, after that there is a series of simple questions. Then you will have a second interview with a different person and he will be asking questions that will relate to the job and why you are a good candidate.
