I met with the hiring manager, recruiter, a panel, and completed the presentation round. It really felt like Modern Health valued your time and managed the process very well.

Entrevista
Interview process was standard, however when I was told they would not be moving forward with me, and I asked for feedback as to why, I never received an answer. I understand we are all busy, or maybe they weren't comfortable with a reply, however I just find this very unprofessional. Out of courtesy, you should at least let a candidate know the reason for the decision if they have asked. I've had large organizations reply and give feedback. If you're not comfortable giving details, at least respond back with something simple conveying this message.
