Lots of steps in the process, which is the norm for engineering positions, especially at this level. Took about 3 weeks from the first phone screening to receiving an offer (including a holiday weekend). Every session felt fair and the interviewers were all kind and excited. No pointless leetcode exercises or gotchas. Interviewing used tools were Coderbyte and Figma.
