The interview consisted of multiple rounds of presentations to both the CMO and members of the marketing team, in addition to the initial phone screening plus another interview with HR. The recruiter was not transparent and had no idea what the team was ideally looking for with the role. After 5 interviews I was told they were still interviewing other candidates. I eventually dropped out of contention due to a lack of communication from the recruiter. This org seems like a mess and I was thankful that I for not getting an offer after the negative experience regarding the way they treat potential employees.
