I had one phone screening with the CEO then on-site interview. Onsite interview: 1. Portfolio review and interview with the CEO and CMO. 2. Lunch with the team (to see cultural fit) 3. Spend 1~2 hours to review the product and give UX recommendation. Really enjoyed the conversation with the enthusiastic team.
