After I applied on a hiring site, they sent me an e-mail where they called me for an interview at their offices. They gave me a written-test with 9 questions from basic C++ knowledge. After 20 minutes, a guy asked me to review some code and add some suggestions. After that, they asked me what I would like to do there.

C++ technical assessment. It was a 60 minutes online test starting from when the link was opened. It was meant to offer a representative image of your ability to analyze code and improve it.
