The interviews were very focused in the knowledge, experience and on culture, how you would fit into Modyo, which I really appreciated. There were 4 or 5 interviews and I really enjoyed them, it didn't feel like an exam, the interviewers gave me the chance to elaborate any experiences and they were all very nice.

I think this was one of the best processes I’ve been through. I was fully informed of every step, they even contacted me on my phone to inform me when an email or an appointment had been sent. The process was clear from the start and the moment an interview was done, I immediately got feedback and was asked to schedule the next. They really wanted to know me as a person before they started looking into my knowledge/skills and I was never judged on things like age or gender.
