They had 1st round technical interviews then invited for a super day. It was pretty standard for IB recruiting and was in office. It was great to be able to go in and meet the team.

Very technical and cold. The associate who interviewed me was very focused on market knowledge and drilling down into specific technical. Less focus on behavioral. Be prepared, it starts right from the first round.
