3 rounds of interviews with an analyst, an associate, and an ED. Analyst round was half technical, half behavioural. Pretty chill overall. Chitchatting about my and his background pre-IB. Associate round was mostly technical, started off with typical 3 Whys. ED round was mainly motivational and behavioural, with only 1 or 2 technicals.
