It takes a long time, over 90 days, start to finish. Internet submission, phone screen, manager call, in-person manager & team interview, offer, and lastly - a very detailed health screening, drug test, and immunization schedule.

Interview process is a joke. You can ace the interview and be the highest qualified candidate but they will disregard all of that and all past work reputation and decide based on gossip and rumor. That is why they are losing their best employees and the quality of help has suffered.
