There are only one face to face interview for this position after the phone interview by the recruiter. The interviewer would like me to show her some CAD drawings to see if I am qualified for this position. Basically, the interview went smoothly and relax. She introduced the background of the company and showed me the whole plant. After the interview, she reply me at the same day and I got that position.
