Pretty easy interviews with basic skills test during the final round. Initially started with a phone screening by their HR department. I was offered the job but ultimately did not accept due to salary. They were willing to negotiate salary but they had a firm upper limit.

Entrevista
This was nothing short of a nightmare. The entire process was disorganized. I was called by what would be the hiring manager during the workday though she saw on the resume that I was still working. I called her back the next day and she called me, again, during the workday. Why did she not send me an email asking for a time when I could actually talk? She briefly spoke about the job and then asked me for a technical interview. I had an hour long "technical" interview with her and someone else. They never turned their cameras on. It was ungodly awkward. On the original invite, a recruiter was cced on the email (I looked her up on LinkedIn to determine she was a recruiter. I had zero interactions or introductions to this person). After I passed the technical assessment, I was sent another invite for a 30 minute long interview. Knowing nothing about who this was with, I reached out to the person that LinkedIn said was the recruiter. I asked politely who it would be with and if it was a camera-off culture. The recruiter replied back with an email that clearly showed she did not read my email. I had a 10-minute-long very awkward (again no camera on) interview with her where she asked why I was looking for a new job and my salary expectations. I told her my floor which was in their salary range. I have more years of experience than the job description even wanted, Three days later I get an email saying they are moving on with another candidate. Clearly, it was the salary (again, my number was in their 60K spread for a salary range) that caused them to move on with someone else. What an utter waste of everyone's time. I have no idea how this place functions. Why did you not have the recruiting call first? I will NEVER apply to your company again as it was entirely dysfunctional and completely unorganized. Also, no real place that functions asks you to dictate code to them so that they type it in. At least invest in a real technical assessment. What. A. Joke. Thank goodness this didn't work out as I have high standards when it comes to functioning.
