Pretty chill process, the store manager was really nice and accommodating. They asked questions related to both the role, and personal and professional skills. She even gave feedback on how they'd do things in Molton Brown compared to my past experiences.

Entrevista
1 interview round and 1 trial shift at the store. Both are only 20-30 minutes. The store manager had a set list of questions that come form the company, but it was also a bit of a chat, they share about how they do things as much as they ask you to share your experience as well. Trail shift is an opportunity to meet other staff and see how you vibe. Didn't get many customers that day so in a way I didn't quite get to demonstrate my skills.

Normal face to face interview process, meet the team, look around the store and be ready to have customer service answers prepped. Dress smartly because the brand is luxury. They will ask similar customer service questions.
