Applied online through the online website and then received a phone interview from the recruiter about 2 weeks later. The initial interview was a very pleasant and positive conversation about my experience, background, etc. I later had 3 more positive phone interviews with the different directors and managers of the company and then an on-site interview. The on-site interview involved a presentation of my previous work and then several questions afterwards. I had one or two more phone interviews after this with the HR manager and a senior employee to further gauge my abilities
