I had a phone screen with the recruiter first. He set up a date and time for an interview with the GM. I cleared my schedule for that time and the GM was a no show. I called the recruiter to see what was up. He says let's reschedule for the following Monday. No apologies or anything. Couple interviews later I am notified that final decisions will be made by the week after. I didn't get notified by the week after. I follow up since I received another offer that week and a decision needs to be made. Recruiter says he will get back to me within a few days. He doesn't get back to me until I called him the week after. He says that he will get back to me by the afternoon of that day. No call. I email/call him to no responses or follow-ups. I got another offer so it's less irritating but please handle matters professionally. Please be upfront if needed and don't waste peoples time.
